There are just so many freaky components to this creepy 1961 Talk to Cecil game. First of all, Cecil happened to be a hand puppet that had its very own voice box, and before you decide that that’s actually what makes it cool, he actually sounded like Linda Blair in The Exorcist! Of course if that’s your thing then you’d probably love this toy! Never mind that kids were encouraged to speak to a puppet for advice in order to make their next important decision. Yes we know it was only a board game but it doesn’t make it any less creepy.
