Bynes began to act incredibly strange, getting arrested twice, one for a DUI and another for a hit-and-run, both instances causing the California state to revoke her license. But while many would think this would finally be rock bottom for the actress, she would become even more screwed up, blowing through $1.2 million in a span of a year and basically becoming homeless in the process. Eventually she went into rehab and was diagnosed with bipolar disorder. Since finally getting the real help she needs, she hasn’t started working again, but she has publicly made an appearance in the past couple of years at least.
