Jerry O’Connell became a household name when he appeared with River Phoenix and Corey Feldman in the movie ‘Stand By Me.’ Yet despite his early fame in a few other films and commercials, his career would end up plateauing until he was older. During that break from acting, he ended up in film school at New York University, but unfortunately he never finished. But thankfully he was able to come back to the big screen, and what a comeback it was. The once very chubby child actor was now very grown up, and very, very fit.

Where Is He Now?

Long gone was the fat little kid that everyone loved and remembered. In his place stood an incredibly tall and handsome young man that had shed all his baby weight and was as toned as toned could be. And despite his career never truly flying in the major leagues with the likes of Brad Pitt and George Clooney, O’Connell is still a very well-known actor. He also ended marrying his girlfriend of two years, supermodel Rebecca Romijn with whom he had two adorable twin girls. Whatever the case may be, he’s certainly in a win-win situation.
