If you lived through the 80s, then chances are you dressed just like the guys who starred in ‘Miami Vice.’ But while Philip Michael Thomas could boast of the 6 years he spent on TV as one of the coolest dudes on television, Ricardo Tubbs, his career seemingly ended after that.
