A journalist from GQ magazine traveled to Ukraine to interview Lukyanova, just to find out if she actually existed. What he found out about her standards of beauty though are just out of this world. She told the journalist that beauty is not what it used to be, because of the mixing of races. She went on to say, “For example, a Russian marries an Armenian. They have a kid, a cute girl, but she has her father’s nose. She goes and files it down a little, and it’s all good. Ethnicities are mixing now, so there’s degeneration, and it didn’t used to be like that. I love the Nordic image myself. I have white skin;. I am a Nordic type.”
