This is a picture that Lukyanova released in 2014 of her without makeup — which was a surprising breath of fresh air, as even her hospital photos had her wearing lipstick or eyeliner. From this picture, it is easy to see that she has had work done on her nose bridge and her lips. However, how she gets her eyes to open out as much as they do seems to be just a scary amount of makeup.
