To anyone watching, it would seem that one prerequisite of being cast on Baywatch was that you had to look good in their flaming red uniforms and be able to run down a sandy beach. And for Pamela Anderson and David Charvet, that was not a problem at all. But before Anderson was given the part of C.J.
