Jared Leto first made waves on the 90s angsty TV series My So-Called Life alongside Claire Danes. At the time, Danes was just 14-years old while Leto was already a bonafide adult at 21. What made it even stranger was that Leto reportedly taught Danes how to make out on the set. In fact, she even described their “lessons” to radio host Howard Stern, explaining, “There were these stage directions in that scene where it says ‘Angela kisses Jordan’s face,’ and I was like, ‘What? What is that about? Why would she kiss his face?’ I had that question on set, and he had to try to teach me. It’s ridiculous! There’s no way that would happen on set today.” Leto, who is better known this days as a rock god in a band, 30 Seconds to Mars, has managed to play any role given to him, and do it with ease.
