Although it was heartbreaking, Tim and Julie had to make the decision to let little Beth go as they could no longer keep her at home and feel safe at the same time. While she was finally able to talk about the trauma she had endured, her behavior was still incredibly psychotic and concerning, and it was obvious she needed to undergo a lot of therapy. While the couple decided to keep Beth’s younger brother Jonathan, they had to choose to leave her in the Attachment Therapy Center, where they could best help deal with her difficult situation. There, she was left in the care of two women, Nancy Thomas and Connell Watkins.
