Russian player Elena Vesnina has done pretty well for herself in the WTA Tour, enjoying more success than most with 3 WTA singles titles and a career-high ranking of number 13 back in 2017. However, it’s in the doubles competition where she really shines, winning a total of 18 titles, including four Grand Slam titles (one of which is mixed doubles), and getting ranked number one in the world in 2018. It was also the same year when she announced that she was pregnant, subsequently giving birth to a daughter in November of the same year. She has remained inactive but is hoping to get back to actively playing soon.
