Gisela Dulko

LisIMG

Born in Buenos Aires, Argentinian player Gisela Dulko achieved modest success in the tour, winning 4 WTA singles titles and reaching a career-high number 26 in the rankings. However, it was in the doubles where she really shined, winning in the 2011 Australian Open and even becoming world number one. The right-handed beauty was also a three-time Olympian, in 2004, 2008, and 2012. By the time she was done, Gisela had amassed more than 300 career wins in both the singles and doubles category. She retired pretty young, just at 27, and now runs the Dulko Tennis Academy along with her brother Alejandro, who also served as her coach since she started playing at age 7.
