Born in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, Tsvetana Pironkova is one of the best players the country has ever produced. The most successful player in Fed Cup history, she was also at some point, the highest ranked Bulgarian player, peaking at number 31 in the women’s tour. Known as “The Wimbledon Darkhorse” for her excellent play in grass, beating higher ranked players and reaching the Wimbledon semifinal in 2010. She only managed to win 1 WTA title before taking time away from the sport to give birth, but has announced that she is ready to give it one more go. The 32-year-old Bulgarian beaut has been training intensively and looks fit and sexy as ever.
