Although the sisters were both excited and hesitant as well, they still weren’t one hundred percent sure that Joyce wouldn’t back out of the deal. Aside from sounding unsure about truly choosing to sell it, the fact that she had lived in this home for so long, from the time she was first married, had kids, had grandkids and everything in between, it was obvious and completely understandable that Joyce was attached to her home. It was also enough to make Joyce rethink her decision to sell. But there was another reason why she didn’t want to sell her home, but Gladys and Carla couldn’t fathom what that was exactly.
