Apparently some of the apprehension in Joyce’s voice was due to a very significant reason. She had been living in her home for 72 years, and even though she felt like it was time to move out, it wasn’t going to be easy. She had lived in her Old Mill home since she was first married, and since then, she’s never lived anywhere else. This immediately concerned the sisters. Considering she was 4 years away from a century in age and living all alone, how did she managed to keep it clean? Were they taking on something that was going to prove to be unsellable?
