When people saw the photos of Joyce’s home, they were awestruck. Aside from the unique and astonishing interiors, people were also impressed that at 96, Joyce not only lived alone but she kept her house in an unblemished state. All the free publicity only made the listing that much more coveted, but sadly it wasn’t enough to get them the initial price that they wanted for Joyce.
