Gladys Spizzirri had been a realtor for many years and knew her trade inside out. When her sister, Carla, joined her company in 2009, they complimented each other and grew their real estate venture into a very successful business. They knew how to deal with clients, they managed to close their deals quickly, and they had a ton of experience. Yet nothing was going to prepare them for the house that they were going to see on Jane Street in West Toronto that belonged to one 96-year old lady.
