The realtors happened to be in their office when their office phone began to ring. On the other line was the voice of a lady named Joyce. She wanted to sell her home, which was located at 148 Jane Street in the Old Mill area. Joyce explained that she was 96-years old and had been living alone for many years, but it was time to finally let go of her house. It made the sisters wonder how was a woman close to 100-years in age managed to live all on her own? It also made them wonder to expect when they went to visit her house.
