Finally Getting Joyce to Open Up Her House

This wasn’t the first time that they would have to convince someone to let go of their house. Most people get highly attached to their homes, which makes selling them that much more difficult. But given the potential of the sale and the almost one million dollar price tag, they also knew that they wanted to get the listing. After a number of phone calls and reassuring Joyce that the sale was a good choice, Joyce finally agreed to let them come see the property. They thought they were going to see an old home that needed some work, and yet, they were going to get the shock of their lives as soon as Joyce opened up her front door.
