The Spizzirri sisters knew that the area where Joyce lived was quite affluent. But since they hadn’t seen the house yet, there was no way of knowing whether the price they had in their heads was the true price they could sell it for. They also needed to make sure that the neighboring houses were in good shape as well, because no one was going to pay good money for a home that was situated beside others that were dilapidated. The area was known to have a number of wealthy residents, chic restaurants, and lovely boutique hotels, but they still needed to see Joyce’s home to make sure it was sellable.
