Although there was no assurance that the person that would buy the house would actually keep it in the exact same state, buying the house still meant buying all the interiors. Since each piece was original and very well-kept, if the buyer decided to sell any of tit, they would profit from these pieces immensely. People love vintage items, and anything that has been maintained in almost mint condition would go for way more than its original price. Yet all the pastel colors also made Gladys and Carla wonder why the house was so feminine in appearance.
