You can haggle even if there is a price tag on the item you want. Always remember to be polite when negotiating, a smile goes a long way. When you are haggling and the store owner agrees to your price, never decide to change your mind. That is rude and arrogant. The store owner will not take that lightly, you just wasted her time.
