Don’t Think All Massage Parlors Offer Massages

If you want to have a decent massage, ask your hotel to recommend one for you, or you can opt to have it in your hotel room. A lot of massage parlors are fronts for prostitution. While it is illegal, apparently it is tolerated. Authorities know that some tourists spend a lot of money for sex.  They will not bother removing income from their fellow locals. Besides, most likely they get protection money. That’s the way it is. Be aware, most places in Asia have illegal activities protected by the police.
