A photo showing a young Leo hanging-out with some unidentified people was shared by @lenaalawtattoo on Twitter. Apparently, the Academy award-winner used to date the Twitter user’s aunt back when he was just starting his big-screen career. It is assumed that DiCaprio had already starred in some popular films when the photo was taken, but was still “making his bones” in Hollywood, so to speak.

Having started in the 80s television series, Family Ties, and working in many blockbuster films, Leonardo Di Caprio finally earned an Academy nod for his performance in 2015’s, The Revenant. He is most-remembered for his character, Jack, in the 1997 box office hit and romance drama film, Titanic which was directed by Avatar’s James Cameron. Other notable films that he starred in are Catch Me if You Can, The Great Gatsby, Romeo and Juliet, Inception, the Beach, Gangs of New York, Body of Lies, and The Departed.
