Morgan Freeman is a veteran actor and film narrator. He won an Academy Award in 2005 for Best Supporting Actor with Million Dollar Baby, and has received several Oscar nominations for many box-office hits. He also won a Golden Globe Award, and a Screen Actors Guild Award. Few realize that his claim to fame started in the 1970s for the children’s program, The Electric Company.
