The Play-doh company has gotten into quite a number of design disasters including this incredibly phallic shaped playdough shaper! It would see that the designers of the Sweet Shoppe Cake Mountain Play-Doh playset didn’t think things through. Aside from the penis-shaped apparatus that’s used for frosting design, the fact that kids are making stuff come out of the tip made it even worse. Eventually, it was removed from the market, but not before a ton of kids already got their hands on it.
