Lion King’s Rafiki and Simba

One of the most iconic Disney scenes is from The Lion King, when Rafiki lifts up baby Simba to show off the future king of the jungle. Of course, with the popularity of the movie, toymakers made sure to jump right on the bandwagon, knowing that the faster they made and distributed toys, the more money they would make. Unfortunately, this Lion King toy looked more like Rafiki was molesting Simba rather than lifting him up for everyone to see, and not exactly something you’d want your kid to play with either.
