It looks like Pregnant Barbie surely has her hands full! Aside from daddy Ken already holding one of their daughters, Barbie has an infant on the changing table while looking like she’s about to have another one. Although it seems that half her dress is missing, she’s managing to mommy in style considering she’s still in her signature heels. I just hope that whatever little girl got this Barbie for Christmas didn’t grow up with these crazy expectations of what being a mommy is like because there is no way that a mom with three young kids and a cat would ever look that fresh!
