Well for one thing, you are in the East, not the West. Some toilets are traditionally just holes in the ground, which will require some squatting. While most popular and tourist-friendly hotels will have Western toilets, most public toilets will not. Some restaurants as well. And surely you won’t find toilet paper or a bidet.
