Credit cards are accepted in most hotels, resorts, and restaurants. But it is always wise to have enough cash in case of emergencies. A medical emergency for example, is costly and is always cash basis. Best to be prepared. Being a major offshore banking territory, there are more than enough places to get cash. Just don’t bring all your cash with you when out. Bring enough for the day’s expenses. Leave the rest in the hotel safe. You don’t want to lose it to pickpockets or snatchers.
