While major resorts and casinos guarantee good service, restaurants, especially smaller ones, do not. Tips and tax are already included in your bill, so the servers do not feel the need to go out of their way to impress you with good service. It may seem rude of them, but it is their culture. They just do their job because they need to, not because they enjoy it. But this is not a general rule. This tip is so that you don’t get shocked if it happens to you. Avoid reacting negatively by causing an argument. Always remember you are the visitor, so behave.
