There’s no harm getting on your feet to take a walk once in a while. Walking has a lot of benefits and one of them is helping you relieve gas and bloating. Don’t worry, you don’t have to do any crazy workouts for it to work. An American Journal of Gastroenterology says that mild physical activities can give your digestion the boost it needs to get your intestinal gas moving. Exercising at least 30 minutes three to four weeks should be just right to keep the gas and bloating away.
