Here’s another easy yoga pose you can try. With your back flat on the ground, bend your knees and bring your feet about 6-7 inches away from your bottom. Arms flat at your side, push your heels and lift your bottom, hips, and back off the ground. Your shoulders should still be pressed onto the ground and supporting this pose. Once you have your bottom as high as you can get it to, hold the pose and try to release gas. It won’t always happen right away so try the pose again until you’re able to release gas.
