Seated or Reclined Twist

Another yoga post that is both easy and helpful with relieving gas is the Seated or Reclined Twist. Bring your knees to the ground gently, with your bottom touching your feet. Shift your weight so that your bottom is on the ground with both feet on the side. PIcture yourself sitting like a mermaid! Extend your arms out to its respective sides, and then slowly twist to the left. To help do this pose with ease, use your extended right arm to and place it on your right knee to give the twist an extra push. Hold this pose and try to release gas. If this doesn’t happen yet, repeat with the opposite side.
