This is a nice remedy that you can try when you’re feeling too lazy to brew up some tea or workout. It’s even great to do while you binge watch your favorite series on Netflix! Find a nice spot that you’re comfortable with, lay on your side and gradually bring your knees towards your chest. This should be able to help you release gas. If it doesn’t work, don’t worry. Slowly move your legs back down and bring it back up. If you’re limber enough, try using your hands to pull your chest closer to your chest.
