There are plenty of yoga poses that have been proven to help pass gas but not all of them are easy. The Apanasana Wind Relieving Pose is not a hard one to do even for beginners. Make sure your arms are spread apart, back flat on the ground, then slowly bring your right knee towards your head and use your hands to press it to your chest. The left leg should remain flat on the ground while you’re stretching the right leg. If you haven’t passed gas yet, do the same thing but with the opposite leg.
