Mitchell’s Last Meal Request

When asked what meal he wanted for his last on earth, Mitchell’s request was extremely strange. While most inmates as for steak, pizza, burgers and fries, Mitchell’s only want was a bag of Jolly Ranchers candy in assorted flavors. Story has it that he was incredibly remorseful of his horrible actions and asked for forgiveness of his crimes from the mom of one of his victims, as well as from God for the things he did as a young boy. If this last meal symbolizes anything, it’s that maybe he was still just a young boy at heart.
