Victor Feguer

Back in 1960, Victor Feguer was a drifter that was originally from Michigan who ended up in Dubuque, Iowa. During his time in The Corn State, he called a doctor claiming that there was a lady that needed some medication. When Dr. Bartels arrived at the location, Feguer ended up taking him and killing him via gunshot. After which, Feguer attempted to take the doctor’s car and sell it. When he was caught, he claimed he was innocent and that it was a drug addict he met along the way that actually did it. He was eventually tried, convicted and sentenced to death by hanging.
