The Gorgeous But Goofy Suzanne Somers

AOL.com

The popular sitcom Three’s Company during the 1970s featured the gorgeous but goofy character played by Suzanne Somers. It was a perfect role for her, and earned her a People’s Choice Award for “favorite female performer.” Unfortunately she was replaced when she insisted on a pay rise equal to that of John Ritter, the sitcom’s main actor.  But she continued acting, and even became an author of several self-help books. However, some of us remember that Suzanne posed nude for Playboy magazine in the early 80s, although her first set of nudes was taken in 1970 when she was just a struggling model. But posing nude is not a sin, many well known actresses have done that, some have done even worse. Her role in Three’s Company will not be forgotten, and many fans continue to adore her, no matter what.
