The Enchanting Morgan Fairchild

Posterazzi

Morgan Fairchild began her career in the late 70s and early 1980s with roles in select TV series. The daytime soap opera Search for Tomorrow, which aired from 1973 to 1977 is what launched her career. She did several other TV series hits, and appeared on Dallas and Falcon Crest, after the remarkable 70s era. Fairchild explained she got into acting because she did not want to do school work, and to get rid of her shyness. Well, it surely got rid of her shyness, with roles that elevated her to a gorgeous villain-type character in most of her TV shows (men did love sexy and captivating female villains). Morgan Fairchild was actually born Patsy Ann McClenny, and surely here screen name helped her with her roles (hard to imagine a sultry siren named Patsy). She is a strong advocate against AIDS, and is a supporter of environmentalism. She claims to have been kidnapped twice in the 70s, though no evidence of such has been recorded. Well, it was the 70s after all.
