The “Scream Queen” Jamie Lee Curtis

Being the daughter of well known parents in showbiz (Tony Curtis and Janet Leigh) is surely not easy. Usually it is difficult because you have to live up to the standards set by your popular parents. But it was not a problem for Jamie Lee, as she created her own fame, in her own way.  The first of the Halloween films in the 70s established her as the “scream queen”, and many fans (males) enjoyed it more since she was gorgeous. She continued to appear in several horror-type of films all throughout the 80s, 90s, and beyond 2000. In an interview, Jamie Lee said it was tough living in the 70s. But whatever she meant about the era, she never forgets to mention thanks for it making her popular in Hollywood. Some girls were meant to make people scream…
