Sharon Tate made headlines for very gruesome reasons. Sadly, she was one of the victims of the Charles Manson gang, having been murdered while she was pregnant with her director husband, Roman Polanski’s baby at that. They had met right before she would find some popularity in Valley of the Dolls. While most believed that the two were very happily married, there were actually a number of issues going on in their marriage, reportedly due to the very strange ways of Polanski. Her murder would shock the world and has remained of the most talked about stories up to this very day.
