Cuba can be hot most of the time, so cotton clothes are the best to bring along. The best time to visit the country would be Mid-November to March, when the weather is the coolest and driest. However, this is also the peak season obviously. May and June are the rainy months. Still, carnival time happens here and the tobacco harvesting. July to November is hurricane season. You may get stranded due to severe storm conditions. If you have enough cash, no problem staying longer…unless your visa has reached its limit. That would be a problem.
