Not wanting to confront his wife, or his mom Kultida Woods, who was staying with the family for the holiday, Tiger burst out of the home and jumped to his Cadillac Escalade and drove off. Elin reportedly gave chase on a golf cart, with a golf club in tow. She caught up with her husband whose SUV crashed into a tree. Apparently, Tiger lost control after jumping a kerb and colliding with a fire hydrant, after which it hit the neighbor’s tree. Elin swung the 3-iron she was carrying and smashed the rear windows in an attempt to rescue her husband from the wreck. The neighbor who came out saw Elin beside her husband, who was unconscious. He called 911.
