Just a few months after the divorce was finalized, Elin auctioned off all the jewelry Tiger gave her throughout their relationship in a bid to effectively move on not just from just the pain, but of the huge embarrassment it has brought her. She chose auction house Sotheby’s to carry out the sale, which is reported to cost around $2.5 million, and includes the engagement ring Tiger gave her in South Africa. She may have held these treasures dear when they were given her, but now thinks that they were just things he bought out of guilt. Though Elin was spotted not wearing her gold band shortly after the scandal broke in Thanksgiving of 2009, it was not included in the auction.
