Oxana Discovered By A Neighbor

This little girl from the Ukraine was definitely a survivor, though one can only imagine the hell she went through. Surely there is a place in hell for her horrible parents. Oxana was eight years old when she was discovered by a shocked neighbor, who immediately called the police. The neighbor told them that there was a young child raised by and living with dogs. It took 5 years for another human being to come across the little girl, though it is possible that others may have seen Oxana but did not mind her. Her birth parents neglected her for 5 years, and yet she survived. But, she could hardly speak, and acted as a dog would when the authorities came.
