Despicable Parents Neglect and Abandon Their Child

Oxana was born in the small village of Novaya Blagoveschenka in 1983. The toddler lived with her parents until the age of three. Shockingly, her alcoholic parents neglected her, and abandoned her outside on purpose one night. Instinctively, she crawled to the only place to keep her warm from the cold, the dog kennel. Her parents hardly noticed her, and did not seem to care. She had to eat scraps with the dogs, and eventually lived with them for 5 years! It is sad and shocking that some parents can be so horrible. There was more to being alcoholics, they were surely disturbed. What kind of parent would do that to their child who was defenseless and innocent? What did she do to them? Surely nothing deserved what they did to her.
