Bette Midler gained fame and notoriety back in the 70’s, and she even had her very own backup singers, Katey Sagal, Linda Hart, and Franny McCartney, who are photographed with her. Although there were a number of ladies that made up Midler’s trio, this particular group of singers were from 1978. These three eventually went on to have very successful solo careers, with Sagal becoming the infamous Peg Bundy on Married With Children, while Hart did Broadway and McCartney singing for quite a number of bigwigs like Bob Dylan, Luther Vandross and Barbra Streisand, before releasing her very own album in 2011.
