Drug testing is nothing new when it comes to athletes, just look at what happened to Lance Armstrong. But in what has been highly debated in these recent years are the ongoing gender testing in the Olympics, which have been put in place to make sure that girls are truly girls. But what’s crazy is that the method that they wanted to put girls under was to have them undergo an actual full gynecological exam. A little extreme and possibly, a tad bit too traumatic especially for younger girls that have never been examined before due to their young age.
