Never Stay Just In Montego Bay

A lot of tourists choose to stay at a hotel in Montego Bay, since it is near the airport. These tourists will also tend to stay here during their entire trip. That would be fine, but by doing so you will miss out on a lot of what Jamaica has to offer. It is true that you could just have excursions to other places and attractions on the island (such as Dunn’s River Falls in Ocho Rios or the Bob Marley Museum in Kingston), but that would take a lot of your precious time. Time spent travelling from your hotel to the different attractions could be better spent exploring and discovering what Jamaica has to offer. You are on vacation; you wouldn’t want a large part of that vacation spent inside a car! It would be best to stay at least a couple of days in an area that suites your preferences, and then moving on to the next one. Spend some days in Montego Bay, then move to laid-back Negril, then maybe later on to nature centric Port Antonio and so on.
