It would seem that Jane Fonda’s life as an actress was already set before her since her dad was the well-known actor, Henry Fonda. Regardless of her family background, she made a name for herself based on her own talents and hard work. She began in Broadway, and eventually made her way into film, many of which earned her awards. She was also famous for her engagement in political activism, being incredibly vocal about her opposition of the Vietnam War. Sadly, she was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma, and at 84, has even commented that she’s while she doesn’t want to go just yet, she’s had such a great life that she’s ready.
